Ryan Homes at The Preserve at Muir Woods

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns as it was not an easy job to buy a home from more than 350 miles away from the site location. It was fortunate that I found Jackie Voskerichian as a sales executive at Ryan Home-The Preserve at Muir Woods. She was so professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! I was new to buying a home and had heard bad stories from friends about terrible sales agents,but Wow! She made buying a house such a breeze! Jackie Voskerichian explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer. How can I forget about Michael Perry (Site Manager). He is the person who always put my eyes on my home, to see construction progress with quality measurements. It was not possible to travel every week/month to see construction stages. One thing which I love about Michael Perry (Mike) is commitment and positivity. He was always answering my queries, even if sometimes dumb questions were asked, but he was so nice and was giving great responses as he was working on my home. Finally, I would like to thank Jackie and Michael (Mike) for your help and support to make my first home. I would strongly recommend if you are planning to buy a home at Ryan Homes and don't have any experience of home buying, try to connect with Jackie and Mike, they will make your journey so easy and smooth. Since we are interested in buying a new home, we wanted to see the Ryan model home in Muir Woods at 1:30 pm on Sat. Dec.18, 21. We didn't know that you could only see the model home with an appointment. There was no visible sign indicating "Only Appointment." except before entering the model home. We were treated in such a rude, obnoxious manner by a guy who opened the door. "Hey folks, what you want, what can I do?" then we noticed the sign just before entering the house at the door "Only Appointment." We were shocked at how this builder representative acted and treated a potential client. Then no comment closed the door on our face. I would NEVER go to this place again and NEVER do business with RYAN HOMES.
