Had cleaning and x-rays today! Never pressured with suggestions for additional work. Recommend/explained things so I can make proper decisions. Everyone was polite and answered all my questions. No additional work needed. Highly recommend

I got my filling done,but not even last for two months. The doctor told me that the payment would be waived, but they told me that the doctor was not the boss and I still need to pay for the filling which not even last two months. They really don't provide any good service.

DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM I came in for an appointment for my two children, and for the third time they canceled without any notice. The lady at the front desk named Aaliyah decided to call the police on me and my young children. She told me to go somewhere else and kept bringing up how I had medicaid for my young children. Aaliyah started getting belligerent and asked that they call the cops. When in the phone with the police I was identified As a black female, thats being verbally aggressive. I would post a video, but I now have a lawyer involved and I dont want to jeopardize my case. I have the incident on camera from beginning to end. The dentist Sarah who was super sweet came and tried to help and Aaliyah was rude to her as well and told her to go away. The dentist Sarah told me everyone seen how Aaliyah discriminated against me and she was so rude. The dentist even explained how it keeps happening to you guys meaning it happens often to black people and she just wants to care for her patients . I believe the dentist Sarah was Indian, and if you check the reviews, you see that a lot of minorities, including Indians are being discriminated against. Dr. Bob was very dismissive and it seem like he didnt care. He begins smirking, and I said, I dont find any of this funny, especially in front of my young children. As I was being escorted out by two white officers, and a white female officer The officer shouts really loud youre welcome, and I said I dont think this is funny. Why do you think this is so funny. He then proceeded to say youre not welcomed in Amherst. My kids witness their first racial encounter. Thanks Dr. bobs office and thanks to the person that invented camera phones. I contacted a civil rights lawyer and you guys will be on the news. I have over 1m followers on instagram I will make sure these videos end up on every platforms . DISGUSTING!

I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Gretchen and the lovely assistant with dark hair and glasses whose name I sadly cant recall. The office got me in the next day after I found a large bump in my mouth. The listened to me, validated my feelings, and were so kind. Even though I had to be referred to a surgeon because I may have a tumor, they helped send me somewhere really good. I have had a lot of medical trauma in recent months after a stroke and massive seizure breaking my spine and shoulders at only 47 years old. I get terrified to see doctors, but these folks were so wonderful that it lifted my spirits and gave me hope. Care like this should be routine, but sadly it is rare. Just wanted to make sure to praise kindness and efficiency when it is offered. I wish them both happiness, health, and joy.
