      image Do not buy tires, two new tires blew out in less than a week. No warranty! As a customer for years, I was completely surprised by the lack of customer
      service by owner, Larry. I had to buy 2 new tires and a new sensor, which they installed, tire pressure sensor still not working!! I always tipped the employees for lunch too! Tried to go through Better Business Bureau and owner Larry offered $100 settlement and I accepted to get this resolved. He Never Paid me! So dissatisfied and disappointed as I mentioned, I was a loyal customer for years and referred friends too. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Too bad zero stars wasn't an option!

      I believe Ms Bermel hit something which caused damage to the tire and tire pressure sensor which therefore needed replacement. She didnt have road hazard but We did give her a discount on the replacements. In regard to the better business settlement I did offer the $100 settlement but she declined according to the BBB. I am sorry to lose her as a customer and I will still agree to the settlement if she contacts BBB to change the status.
