I absolutely hate the dental side of this. They only spend 15 minutes on someone with medicaid or Medicare and my teeth were fill so badly that my jaw didn't line up and cause me pain.. but where can you go? I have a filling that came out and needs to be refilled. I have a giant hole so I have no choice....

I hate this place I took my daughter. We waited 40 minutes. The nurse came in and said she was already positive for strep. Not necessary see the doctor cancel the appointment? she was seeing urgent care in Pleasant Valley but apparently they didnt have her allergy list but they had them sent her a scription in and it was the wrong scription or we could already had the scription and so she could feel a lot better the lack of care there this is really ridiculous

The medical side is good but I would recommend going elsewhere for your dental cleanings. Aside from the x-rays, all they did was a once over with a buffing tool and a once over with a weak pressured water flosser. In and out in 25 minutes. They didnt scrape my teeth with a hand held tool and didnt even use physical floss. I had assumed those 2 things to be an industry standard for dental cleanings. Hope they provide more quality cleanings with the correct tools for their patients in the future.
