        My review today is for the service men that came out on New Years day to my apartment in Altamont NY. I and my neighbor were experiencing lights flickering all through both of our apartments. Our landlord called National Grid and a 1st. worker came out. He shut off the meters to allow a second worker to come out in a bucket truck to check the lines and transformer. The entire process only took about an hour and a half. Both service men were polite, thorough and in good spirits Thank you both

        I haven't had power for over a week. I've been told by 4 different customer service different dates. No show ago yesterday. I have a friend at the local news station who is coming to my property for an interview. Literal nightmare.
