Alfred Apartments

Brennans properties are well maintained and up to code. I rented for years and during my time as a tenant (in multiple properties) Brennan was responsive and always took the extra initiative to better his properties. Especially from a safety standpoint. If I was to rent again in Alfred he would be my only call.

Brennan and Claudia are the best landlords Ive had thus far. Both are attentive and caring when it comes to their properties. With a relatively quick turnaround when it comes to maintenance, etc. I had the pleasure of leasing from them for about 2.5 years, with many great recs for them coming from my teammates and friends. The other tenants in my house were great matches on their end- we all got along well. My bunny Lou absolutely adored them and their whole crew who worked on their properties. My apartment on North Main Street was also peak location to AU football games/McLane center, my office, and my classes in Olin. Very grateful for my experience renting from them!!
