They never give me what I order. Today I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich which was disgusting

Ordered and paid on the app got there said code was wrong the Manager Trevor was very rude and his attitude needs a lot of work dealing with costumers who supply his pay by buying there he was also very rude to my daughter who was there 15 minutes before me and was very rude to her as well !!

The worst McDonald beside Batavias. They can't read and follow simple orders and screws it up everytime. The bread is hard and cold. The pop never taste right. Always forgetting something. Time too go back to school for these employees.

Every time me or any of my friends go there you have to wait to either get your food or for them to take your order. Mind you there us never any more than 3 people in line. It's usually around 5 minutes! Today I had to go because my kitchen is being remodeled and the person ahead of my self and 1 had to wait 10 minutes! And when I got to the window the girl that I'm sure was a manager she had a Jean shirt on didn't say hi, how are you, nothing! And than when I got my order it was wrong yet again! They gave me egg on my sandwich and I can't have egg. So yet again I have to either give it to my dogs and go without or throw it away. Noone has time to keep calling and or go back everyday because they can't get it together. I never see the gm maybe that's the problem.
