Dr. Cooper had me in the chair and was telling me a story. He finished the story and the implant, I never felt any pain. Talk about a painless Dentist. He is Wonderful and Excellent. Dr. Cooper is not the Best at what he does, he is the Only One Who Does What He Does. In concluding, Dr. Cooper is One of The Nicest person's I have ever met in my life.

I had a tooth removed this afternoon by Dr. Cooper. Let me start by saying I'm dental phobic about tooth extractions. Over the years I've had some very bad experiences with this type of procedure so I'm extraordinarily apprehensive about having one done. I met Dr. Cooper first at a consultation at his office and set up today's appointment. Voicing my concerns via an email after meeting him, he called me to help calm me down. He was kind, understanding and willing to do whatever he could to keep me comfortable. That alone helped and then today came and I was really apprehensive again. Let me say that not only is his staff kind, understanding and warm but the entire process was incredible. His whole method of dealing with a patient helps keep you calm while he does his work. The needles to numb the area were painless and he kept me chatting while he starting working. No pain or discomfort, I was sure he was just trying to get a feeling for what needed to be done. Then he asked if I minded him putting some pliers into my mouth and I said just do whatever you have to do; to which he replied, just kidding it's already done. Now I'm telling you I'm a hypersensitive patient with a great deal of anxiety and I have never experienced such a warm comforting and easy procedure before. Being in the hands of a highly skilled professional makes an incredible difference in how the procedure goes. He also called me himself tonight to see how I was doing and I had to tease him and ask why are you calling; did I have a procedure done today? You may not believe this but I kid you not when I say on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being nothing and 10 being incredibly uncomfortable at no point during this procedure did I ever get to even a 1. So to sum this long winded review up: there is no doubt if I ever need another procedure like this to be done I would not hesitate for a second to call this office. Thank you to the entire staff and the Dr. for making this such a wonderful and easy experience.
