I used to be a loyal customer here. They sold me an awesome used car that I loved and I would always bring it to the garage for work. For some reason my relationship with the garage didn't get better even though I am a patient customer and respectful. I could never get anyone to give me any answers when I would check on my car days later and no one to pick up the phone when I couldn't walk to the shop. They replaced a stud on the wrong side of my car even though I had discussed with them many times it was for the left side. I think they do great work, but are not very good in the communication department and I always wait at least an hour before I get even acknowledged I had to move on bc I was getting too frustrated.

I brought my Mercedes e350 to these guys to replace rims after a accident and he never told me I needed a new control arm charged me $250 to pull it back in place then put a hole in my anti freeze valve and on top of that they put oil in my windshield washer fluid tank. This the worst mechanic shop ever!

C & R auto sales Inc has greats mechanics and nice cars and suv's for sale and comfortable waiting area you until your car is fixed and tested for perfection and just to let know the owner is highly rated by unlimited customers who just don't get the chance to post a review as yet!! I give this review because I bought all my car's from Chris and they're in excellent condition!! CHRIS IS THE BEST AROUND TOWN!!
