Nothing better than going into a pool place unprepared and do a terrible job of explaining what you needand they still figure it out for you! Thanks to Matthew and all the staff at Islander. You guys are lifesavers. Cant beat your customer service.

Ten star customer service: Islander delivered my Hot Springs Spa today. As a previous Hot Springs owner in VA, I knew I wanted another Hot Springs at my home in New York. Islander made that dream come true. In the showroom, Kenny Bomba answered my questions about the saltwater systems and we narrowed down my preferences to the Jetsetter LX. During delivery and setup today, the crew was very attentive to the exact positioning of the spa (even when I requested 3" to the right). After setup, I was provided with a detailed tutorial on filling and startup. The tech even took a Sharpie to number and label the setup additives. A bit later, as my electrician was completing the connection, he had a question (he works on Hot Springs spas and was impressed with the installation crew). He contacted Islander Service Dept. and a service person was sent immediately - even though it was a minor concern. Every employee at Islander on Central Avenue has gone above and beyond my expectations to ensure a 100% positive experience. My electrician also praised the staff - from sales to delivery to service for assisting him with all his wiring needs. Highly recommend - and I can be a tough customer !!! Hot Springs is a quality product, so I have no doubts the spa will be easy maintenance and long lastin
