My experience with acap this month has been horrible and I think you people need to go back and evaluate your staff especially when it comes to schools

Very unprofessional Black staff. When serving a predominantly black community black staff should especially be gracious with the families they serve. Completely heartbroken and utterly disappointed with how I, as a black woman of and for the Albany community, was treated since I have frequented this ACAP. I was astounded when I found out this was an ACAP. They must do better.

An honor to work for such an organization. ACAP is a Cornerstone to this Community. In addition the Administration consists of fair and caring Managers. Team members are hands on and the morale within the agency is very positive. It's nice to wake up and look forward to going to work each day!

I have worked here for the last 2 years and have nothing but positive experiences. Upper management is very supportive and understanding. Benefits and pay are generous. I work with some outstanding people. Have already had a promotion as they believe on promoting within. Zero regrets about coming here and plan on making my career here.

Absolutely an amazing experience and I love how they recognize the barriers that we as a community and individual have, and they help you to eliminate them. Thanks to Felicia I am now Certified Medical Administrative Assistant, and soon I will be able to join the workforce, with confidence and the knowledge and skills that I have relearned and acquired. Thank you for the support and assistance. It makes a difference when you have a Community Resource and Organization that has your back.
