Terrible compliance and violates security often letting themselves and strangers into your apartment when youre not around and not giving you any notice.

Their maintenance guy. Kevin is very unprofessional. He called me up, screaming at me on the phone. Ive been trying to get a stove fixed for were going on three weeks now and national grid said all they had to do is replace the tape they put the wrong tape on, and that mustve hurt his pride because he started taking it out on me very unprofessional these people are I didnt even get wanna give you one star no confusion no communication from upper management. I had the manager or whatever you wanna call or tell me I shouldve made you wait 13 days for a stove. I find that to be very unprofessional. I was very polite to the gentleman. I didnt know he wasnt supposed to give me his number. All I wanted is a simple. When is it gonna happen its been over two weeks now and they wont fire their maintenance man they can speak anyway they want to the tenant and I guess upper management can do that to speak down to you. I have never heard such a thing in my whole life and Im 57 years old. I keep the apartment up I shovel I clean out the grass but if you got all old appliances in here, thats not my fault Im wasting money ordering every night to eat. I regret this move so much that Im sitting here crying trying to think of a way out.

Theyre extremely unprofessional and rude. I have been here almost a year and none of the repairs in the apartment were done, I had to get legal help for them to allow my esa to reside with me after showing them documentation and my personal records about my mental health, its a month to month lease and they want 90 days notice to move, they came to my home throwing insults and accusations and told us we are responsible for all appliances in the home, theyre increasing the rent, I asked to retract the notice because we have not found a place and they denied, they have been showing my apartment without 24 hr notice because they have their own one time notice, they have electric tape all over the wires for the appliances and do not plan on replacing, the receptionist made a rude remark about me handling my children because my 3 month old was crying in the background, they have been threatening to kick us out since day one and claim that Im being aggressive and unprofessional for letting them know that they treat tenants poorly and dont do their jobs. I would give a zero star rating if I could. I am going through so much with them right now. There are rodents and roaches and they blame and accuse tenants. They have been showing up to my home with many people for viewing multiple times a week without notice. They enter my home without permission and refuse to retract the 90 day notice because we are withholding rent due to the fact that they have not kept up with their end. They do not work with you at all and everything they do gets flipped on you. We have notice of withholding rent if nothing gets done and they waited till the next month to respond with bitterness and told us we cant do that and charging late fees.This is the worst experience I have had. I emailed Steve directly previously and he blocked me and told his staff I was being aggressive.
