Bright Horizons At Corporate Woods

Our child was with Bright Horizons from 4 months old to 5 years old and I can't say enough good things about the center! Throughout the 5 years, the teachers and administrators created a safe and nurturing environment for every stage of my child's development. We felt informed and connected to his day and were so pleased with everything he learned. He has been well prepared for kindergarten.

Had two infants enrolled there. Center kept having constant Covid outbreaks. If your child is exposed, you will need to keep them out for 10 days without refund. Not too big of a deal if it happened once but when its constantly occurring, your are paying a extremely high cost for services not received. If your child has a lactose intolerance and has loose stools, you will be called to pick them up. No loose stools allowed. Parents are required to wear masks upon pickup and drop off, but that is not enforced and many parents are there unmasked. Possibly a cause for the constant covid outbreaks? Too many other more affordable, more accommodating child care centers in the area.

If I can give 10-star, I will not hesitate to do so! My toddler daughter loves this daycare center so much, and so do we! The teachers and the admins are super friendly, caring and loving! They provided various activities that fit children's physical, psychosocial and interpersonal needs and they have a super positive vibes that foster children's everyday development. We have no complains at all for the past 14 months attendance. This is absolutely the best daycare center in the capital area!

Wonderful and caring teachers and staff. Flexible and accommodating schedules. My children love BHWC, make great friends, and seem to learn something new every day!

My daughter is about to graduate from BH, and overall, I love the program and so does she. I was unhappy with some severe behavioral issues going on in the classroom. I can only describe it as bullying & violence, which feels bizarre for an age group so young. Our daughter picked up on concerning language from another child, but the school isnt to blame for that. I communicated my concerns numerous times, and hopefully they reached out to the necessary supports. Her toddler, preschool, and K-prep teachers are absolutely phenomenal, motivated, dedicated, and so caring. The lesson plans are meticulously planned out and impressive. Ive seen so much emotional, social, and intellectual growth in our preschooler over the past 2 years. They have handled this pandemic better than I could have imagined
