PWR has been/is nothing but exceptional in everything that do. The instructors are extremely helpful on form correction and pushing you to weights and heights I didnt think I could go. They are inviting and welcome you to new challenges, without being pushy. Cannot recommend this gym enough to anyone looking to build on their foundation or starting something new.

Loving the classes and all the instructors. I try to get there 3x a week and have a variety of time slots to pick from. Highly recommend!

This place is 10/10! A great place for any fitness level and size. There's a big community there and it keeps you motivated! The place itself is beautiful and well maintained. The coaches are amazing! Super fit and have great knowledge of physical fitness and health.

I cannot express how much I love this gym and community. Coming back to the gym after the pandemic and having my first child...I was in ROUGH shape. They took me as I was and as I am. The coaches are attentive, knowledgeable, and FUN! I don't feel judged by the other members which, let's be honest, can be a difficult thing to come by as a plus sized person. The new facility is amazing and the equipment is top tier. If you're thinking about joining, this is your sign to do it!
