        I have seen Dr. Fletcher on several occasions and it is comforting to know that he takes his time to explain various options when it comes to your immediate needs. He is very thorough and does not push for an immediate decision on surgical procedures. I am comfortable knowing that any question I may have will be answered professionally and in a caring nature.

        Rich has been my PA with OrthoNY since 2015. He has nursed me thru 2 knees, one of which he replaced and the other which he is still babying. Rich is always happy to see me, and makes me feel like I matter Rich knows his medicine. He can tell me what's going on with language that I can understand. Rich is a Saint. He's with Congiusta at all surgeries, works l as te when things go long, and I have never heard him complain We are very lucky to have him!
