        We go to the Albany,New York office. I love this place and staff. My severely developmentally disabled son went through a horrific situation. He was left unhoused. Paul Andrew Hackett, the housing specialist like always jumped in this with us. My son Boo is a little boy in a mans body. As of yesterday hes no longer unhoused. Hes nonverbal and he struggled to verbalize that he has a home with his bedroom. This means everything to us. I want to yell thank you from the bottom of my heart
