Lee Nails

I've been going to Lee regularly for about a year now and I can't say enough good about them. My usual stylist is Diem who is wonderful. But, I've had other stylists and they are all terrific. I always get acrylics with gel polish. I like to get unique & attractive designs. Diem always has good recommendations and I ALWAYS leave happy. I get compliments all the time on my nails. Last but not least, the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I cannot say enough about Diem & Lee Nails. Walking in is like walking into a friend's home. Don't let the fact that this is a "mall salon" keep you from checking them out. You will be happy you gave them a chance.

Returned today and unfortunately, not a good experience. The woman was rushed, never asked if I wanted my nails cut, trimmed or shape preference. She was sloppy with her application, leaving my nails looking thick and lumpy. And she didnt trim my cuticles. It looks as if I tried to do my nails myself!

I should have looked at the reviews before going, but my fiance was just trying to do something nice for me because we never get out alone. THE ABSOLUTE WORST MANICURE/PEDICURE IVE EVER RECEIVED! nails on my hands are all uneven and choppy, the tips are already lifting off my nails and my pedicure, absolutely horrible nails weren't clipped and half the nail doesn't even have polish on them and the gel isn't even cured, hours later polish is wiping off!!! The people were very nice, but the services absolutely terrible, don't waste your time/money! I am absolutely getting a refund one way or another! I'm absolutely disgusted. They need to do better! I wish I had read the reviews on this place before going there yesterday. I had to pick something up at the mall and when I walked past the nail salon I noticed it was empty so I figured ah I havent had my nails done in a few months, why not since Im here? WRONG. The younger woman in the shop did my nails (of course none of them had name tags). I got tips with anc dip powder. Not one of my nails look the same. Very lumpy because after every dip in the powder she touched my nails. Cut every single nail cuticle with the electric nail file. Asked me at the end what I thought and I was horrified. I told her I did not like them at all and she got angry with me!! Called over another tech, she agreed with me that they were lumpy and not smooth! I did not want them to fix them, I said Id be better off doing it myself. Terrible service. Very rough on hands and nails, barely any communication on what I wanted/how the service is. Ended up paying $30 for an awful job. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
