        Horrible! From the customer service to the professionalism. They constantly accept appointments, only for them to not honor the time or have respect and ask you if you can wait because theyre running late. They attempt to maximize their money by accepting appts and walk ins, thus having their appointments waiting! Not worth it.

        Used to love coming here but they have gotten so sloppy especially since Lan doesn't work here anymore, my tech glued my tip crooked, I told her right away, she insisted fixing with the file, my nail is still crooked and too thick, plus tipping is optional NOT MANDATORY especially since I was not happy with her work.

        I went to MeTime salon today and I truly was impressed with the service I received. I recently went to another salon and was so disappointed that I had to have my nails and feet redone. First, MeTime was very clean and all the employees were friendly and very well dressed and were professional at all times. Second, the pedicure was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and Third my nails turned out beautiful. Not only did they fix the horrible job that was done from another shop, but I noticed how little extra things were done. Now I know that I paid for what I got. It was money very well spent and I left very happy. The owner walked around to make sure everyone was happy and receiving the best service and it was what they wanted. I definitely will be returning in two weeks.

      Every nail salon will running to delay, since we are one nail tech one customer, not like the restaurant where you can have one server helping 20 customer. When we trying our best to accommodate each customer need, finished within reasonable time within the standard, sometime we do run into delay. And if there is a delay, have a seat, we will get to u asap but not rushing our current client out cause that’s not how we do it. We want to get it right then move on to the next client. However, with most of our client is appointment, we can minimize but not avoid this situation. We only take client when we able to take them. Otherwise i will reschedule them. When we packed on schedule, we reschedule walk in client to the next available spot, could be hour later or sometimes next day. If ur comment is what u experience is today, I did push away minimum 30 clients. Most the customer we have today is either being help right away or within 15 mins. I don’t know when is your appointment and who you are to come up with this conclusion, nevertheless if we do make you fell this way while you waiting for your appointment. I do apologize for how you feel but that’s not how we run things around here.

      I am sorry to here that, lan is definitely a great nail Tec, however every Tec is doing the nail differently, and u used to how lan did it. we do watch out for each of their work come out, and if we notice anyone having a problem we will step in assist them and further train them to prevent this happening in the future. In the future if u having problem let me know I’ll step in and help her. We do take full responsibility of ur experience today, and is our fault that ur nail didn’t come out the way u want it, if u could, come on. In let me check it out the nail and I’ll make it right for u
