This was my third home purchase and my girlfriends first. I was dreading the home buying process due to experiences I had with other banks in the past but, Greg, Alex, and Patty could not have made this procedure any smoother. All of our documents were streamlined perfectly. Greg and Patty did a fantastic job keeping us informed during each stage of the mortgage process. I highly recommend this team to anyone purchasing a home in the future!

Linda, Mike and Vinnie were an AMAZING team to get our mortgage. It wasnt the traditional mortgage process (assignment of bid) but that didnt slow them down or deter them from making it happen. We closed in just 4 weeks and they worked closely with our attorney through the process they werent very familiar with. We had several obstacles but in the end we got our home! Even our attorney was impressed by how they handled the whole situation and worked with them to ensure the process to the end. Ive been a Sefcu (now Broadview) member since I was a kid and plan to be a lifelong member. Thanks to the best team!!!

If you are shopping for a home lender this is your best bet! We shopped around for the best interest rate and SEFCU had all of the competition beat. We worked with Renay Brandon and Bethany Landoc. This team was so easy to work with and able to answer all the questions we had as first time home buyers. We would absolutely recommend them! There are no hidden fees or anything to worry about in this process. They also have a great program for communities heroes with extra savings and benefits. We would highly recommend working with this team.

What a great company! And I have to say that the rep I worked with the most, Steve Ferris, was an absolute gem; I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been paired with him.
But to comment on the experience in its entirety, I was very happy with the "hand-holding" that was patiently supplied by each member of the SEFCU team. I'd heartily recommend their services to anyone who asked.
