I am a veteran and I want to refinance my home for a lower interest rate; for some odd reason the mortgage advisor couldnâ€™t explain , I am being steered towards a regular loan verses my veteran loan; I think the veteran loan interest rate was too low for Wellsfargoâ€™s liking.... I am tired of complaining...

Don't bother calling or visiting, no one actually works in the office. It's just a shell so they can do business locally. Called twice and tried to stop by, NO ONE returned my calls and the office was locked with the lights off.
