        Shamar the store manager of Victoria's Secret Crossgate Mall in Albany was rude and very unexplanatory in our interaction with him. He came across very standoffish. His attitude needs to be addressed. He definitely needs additional training on how to deal with women. As a manager, he should be an example in customer service. He was the opposite. Megan at the same store was really nice.
