        The dealership was great,however, the service department is terrible its impossible to get anyone on the phone and when you do get some one on they are from a different department who cannot help and tells you, someone from service will call you right back. And they do not. Never have anything to do with service department it's waste if time and they do not care.

        Scheduled a few weeks ago to have rear shock replaced. Unfortunately the dealership did not have a shock in stock? This was shocking to me and was very unhappy as the dealership is a 3 hr round trip for me. Subsequently I will need to return for another service trip once the order the part.
