I went into JJ after shopping most of the afternoon for a specific item & was feeling really defeated. I explained to Matthew what I was looking for & how much I wanted to spend & within minutes, hed found something perfect, even extending a discount to make sure I stayed within my budget. It was literally the perfect, small business shopping experience.

I purchased a diamond ring, and 8 days later it was missing a diamond. They wouldnt allow me to return it even though it clearly is a faulty ring. Trash store. Would never purchase from here again. Ever. Do not recommend. Apparently I cannot respond to Joseph Jacob Jewelers response, so I will update my post. If you truly feel bad for the service I received, I will happily still return the product and accept a refund. The ring is sitting in a box unused. Otherwise, your words are a hollow sentiment with no solution based response. I would update my rating to reflect the solution.

Customer service wasn't that great. I walked in and the employees barely looked up at me and didn't greet me as if I wasn't going to buy anything, although I was eager to make a purchase and again, they weren't great sales people. Maybe they were new. I will say I purchased a pair of beautiful crystal studs.

I brought a ring to get resized. I picked it up put it on my finger. the next day my finger was green and the color was completely coming off the inside and outside of the bottom of the ring. when I brought it back they told me it was because of the color of the ring but didnt tell me that anything was going to happen prior to taking it and working on it. They told me theres nothing they can do about it and its just the color.

It was 2 days before Christmas and my opal fell out of its setting. I didnt purchase this ring from this store. I purchased it from Kay Jewelers about a year ago and didnt get the protection plan. Since I purchased the ring from Kays, I went to them to ask how much it would cost for the simple repair to set the opal back in place. They quoted me $399 I was so upset I nearly cried and went to the food court to sit down. After a few moments, I decided to gather myself and ask another Jewler I remembered was right next to Kays - Joseph Jacob Jewlers. I was expecting around the same quote, but to my surprise it was much less! The man who helped me is Josh - Hes great at working with customers!! I agreed to the fee and they sent my ring off for repair. It arrived a couple days after Christmas and when I picked it up, it looked brand new again!! Im very happy with the service I received here!! I have purchased a necklace from them in the past and I will be back again in the future!!
