New York State Insurance Fund - Albany District Office

If I could give this horrible company negative stars I would. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July fast forward after months of chemo I went in for a double mastectomy and diep flap over two months ago and we have no received ANY SORT OF PAYMENT. It took two weeks to just get a hold of the incompetent Dale and his supervisor Sue. I wont use last names but know if you deal with him you wont be able to get in touch with him. Youll be told your paperwork first wasnt sent over, then come to find out it was but was lost in the shuffle, then to be told a week later, oh we actually need another form, give them said form with our personal information, name CORRECT address all the things and they go and send 8 weeks to an address that we havent lived in in over a year and is NOT the address that was on the form previously mentioned. Sues next excuse was that it auto fills Im sorry but your job is to double check things to ENSURE that this is being sent to the right people. Absolute JOKE of an establishment. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Havent been paid in over two weeks from being out of work now Im late with bills. This is so annoying cause it happens every time. Its like they dont care and dont wanna pay you
