Beautiful place for any event. Had my wedding there and overall had an amazing time and left with a smile on my face. The nightmare part began seven months later when they finally charged me for the event. They randomly charged my card on a Saturday and got flagged as fraud due to the amount. So due to the potential fraud charge the bank locked my account and left me unable to use my card. When I tried calling the Desmond no one was available over the weekend so I had to wait until Monday to call. I called on Monday to speak to someone and got in contact with Matt in accounting and when I asked about the charge he was lost and couldn't answer me and was as useful as a car with a flat tire. I waited two days to speak to the accountant manager and ended up calling back multiple times to finally speak to her. When talking to her she told me that Matt was the one that ran the card and that multiple people's paperwork was misplaced and it was discovered 7 months later. I have no problem paying my bills and doing the right thing. But especially considering the reputation a place like this they should've given some type of courtesy with calling and making the customer aware of the situation and the charge that was still owed. Talking to these two people is like pulling teeth Matt picks up and can't give an answer and the manager is nearly impossible to get a hold of and it's ur responsibility to keep following up to talk to her. I honestly hope I never have to deal with the accounting side of the Desmond ever again. The place is beautiful and the people that are face to face with customers are amazing but clearly the two individuals mention hide in the background and lack professionalism and common courtesy.

Nice for the purpose of stay and fly. The food in their restaurant is always on point.
