We loved the size of this room, however, the mattress on the bed was lacking in any kind of firmness at all and the three bed pillows were limp and flat. Also, the linens, especially on the bed, did not smell or feel freshly laundered. There was no hot water for an 8 a.m. shower; the water was barely lukewarm and came out of the shower head so fast it stung my skin. The elevators on the second floor were "Out of order" forcing guests to use the stairs; not everyone can use the stairs. A note on the bathroom mirror informed us that housekeeping services, including bed-making services, would only be provided "every other day." The bathroom was lacking in basic amenities like a shower cap or skin lotion. We only stayed for one night but, quite frankly, we had no interest in staying longer.

Friendliest staff Ive ever had at a hotel. Everyone said hello from front desk to Housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing and came full of options. Would most definitely stay at this hotel again!

Rooms are large but poorly designed spaces. Too much wasted space. Some things are dated and felt old, while others are new and clean. Odd mix. AC was loud. King bed was overly soft with springs poking into my back. Breakfast was mediocre, but that's par for the course. Car chargers were not free (many Hilton properties offer free charging). The best thing it had going for it was the pool was kept at least 10 degrees warmer than 90 percent of the Hilton's out there. Thoroughly enjoyed that!
Nearby activities: Mall and movie theater along with a large selection of restaurants nearby.
