Came in for cool bikes and breakfast, had some awesome pancakes. After the pancakes had a casual conversation with Brandon. That turned into looking into some bikes, which turned into a purchase. I will say between Brandon and John, it felt like three guys talking about bikes, not a pending transaction. Open and honest, very low pressure. Since it was the first weekend in January I had no intention to buy a bike. If it became a high pressure situation I wouldve walked away. But since the boys made it a very comfortable and an informative process, I made the deal. Im happy to be apart of spitzies family. Even with a packed house, everyone on the staff made sure to come over and congratulate me. Yes, I am aware that after a large dollar purchase theres a level of obligation to shake hands and smile. But this staff is different, they talk to you like youre a friend, not a mark. I highly recommend them, and will continue to give them my business.

Horrible experience. Steve should learn some customer service and Jarrod should learn how to answer and return phone calls. I had my fairing painted there but it looks like complete garbage and they refuse to do anything about it after multiple attempts. It was Aaron at Castor Customs that they sent to have paint it and apparently he doesn't care about the quality that he sends out. The paint has holes in it and feels like sandpaper. This isn't the only time I've had a problem there either.
