Lately....attending a few group fitness classes has been very unwelcoming. VERY CLICKY GROUP.

Finally ended my membership at this gym! Nice gym, nice quiet atmosphere, which I like. The front desk employees are amateurish, don't really understand professional service, how to consistently provide great customer service. Overall a so so experience at this gym! Was a loyal member for about 4 years. Time for a change for the better. Dropped rating to one star after realizing how unwelcoming and amateurish the staff was now that I goto another gym and can see the difference. Be aware of the fake positive reviews, most have one or two reviews under their names for a reason. If there was another gym near by in town than this place would be out of business. I'm sure another will open up soon, so we have better options. Can't wait to see this place close so another gym can open up here, I live 2 mins from this gym yet drive 15 mins to go to a different gym. We really need a better gym option in this area. Reply to owners response: teach your team to be professional and courteous. Not everyone wants to be treated like next door neighbor or have meaningless never ending conversations. I didn't and you're team took it personally. Hi, bye, have a great day with professionalism that's what's needed. Hiring new people and telling them to be nice doesn't mean they understand what real professional customer service is. Retrain you're team including the person you left in charge, that's all I can say.
