George at American Flooring is WONERFUL ! I called with a carpet concern 3 YEARS AFTER our carpet was installed. He came out to our home PERSONALLY to check it out. Within 2 weeks time there was a crew of 3 men who came to our home and fixed the carpeting back to original status....And on top of ALL that it was done with a SMILE and NO CHARGE !!!!! American Flooring Certainly stands behind their work with Amazing Customer Service. I will Definitely Use Them Again in the Future and Highly Recommend Them to anyone looking for Flooring and or Carpeting !

They had to come back to fix cause the panels were separating. George came and looked at the end of summer and here its mid-february and still not fixed. Had 3 appts to come fix and no-show, no-call for all three.

I booked an appointment for an in home estimate online and received an email confirmation. When no one showed up for the appointment, I spoke to a woman over the phone that said the online portal doesnt work anymore. Rebooking seemed like an inconvenience and when I told her to not bother, I got the feeling she was relieved. Heads up to anyone booking using their website.
