CVS

Ive never had a problem with this CVS location. Employees have assisted me with my requests. This is a location in a rough area with a sometimes rough crowd of customers. I feel for the employees that work here because its not easy. Due to Albany going down hill they have had to hire armed security. Working there is no picnic and I treat employees with respect and I dont come here looking for an epiphany. I do my business and leave without crying about who has or doesnt have an attitude. This store benefits me.

The cashier told me the wrong information when using my CVS care pass and coupons. I told her to use my 10% off a regular priced item and she used my 30% off a regular priced item. I only saved 0.38. Wasted my 30% Coupon.

I went there and requested a refill for my prescription and they said they would text me in a couple days when it got sent in. After a week and a half of no texts, I went into the pharmacy to find out they forgot to send in the request. Unbelievable. The workers dont value your time and never seem to know what the hell theyre doing.

The woman Rayven who works there is very unprofessional and rude. I asked where an item was located she proceeded to have her back turned and just point and say over there so I had to just walk around the store until I found what I was looking for. That bright color wig on her head must be on too tight

Awesome selection in this CVS. Best one I've ever been to. Staff helpful and pleasant.
