We've been renting equipment 2 to 3 times per month from casale for years. We've also bought used equipment from them; in all that time we've had 1 issue with a brand new piece of equipment and the manager went above and beyond for us to make sure our job was a success! Thank you Mike and team for keeping us working!

Rented a stump grinder and had to do about 40 stumps. The machine broke, loose bolt on the cutter teeth holder, and I brought it back. Mike insulted me, was rude and accused me of abusing the machine. Instead of saying wait a few minutes while we fix this he sent me home only to call an hour later saying I could have it back for the rest of the day. I have run plenty of heavy equipment and I do not abuse it. When I picked the machine up for the second time the same cutter head required tightening every two stumps.
Im glad Mike was pleasant with other people but he was not with me. Ray was great and the machine worked fantastic.

This years mission was to clean up the back yard. After several hours on manual labor we decided to rent equipment to help speed up the process. Casale didnt disappoint. Mike and James customer service is top notch. They are professional, accommodating and patient as they explain how to operate the equipment. Defiantly will rent from them again if we have a small project to complete!!

Great service and even better staff. I wish there were six stars. Mike and Ray are the best. Nice clean equipment. They have things ready to go every time. The shop and showroom are neat, clean and organized. A pleasure to do business with.
