Had an oil leak and needed the car looked at to correct it. I was told it was not an oil leak; it was a coolant leak That baffled me; I know the difference between the color and feel of oil compared to coolant. Also; the leak was visible when the hood was opened. I was told since it was a coolant leak and mechanic noticed I had a new thermostat installed he refused t fix the issue. So I brought it back to the shop that replaced the thermostat and they thought I was clueless when I said I had a coolant leak and not an oil leak. So happy the mechanic at Buff's did NOT touch my car; I can only imagine the damage he would have done to my car since he did not know the difference between and oil and coolant leak. Do not see how Buff's gets outstanding reviews. I can only imagine what he has done incorrectly to other customers cars.
