Ruth's Automotive has great service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me purchase cost-effective accessories for my truck. I highly recommend this family business that has been in operation since 1968 for all your truck accessory, service, and repair needs!

Ordered tonneau cover with a deposit. Received a text a couple of days later that is hard to find the latching system ordered and they would get back to me asap to let me know status. Over the next week or more I called three times and left voice messages with a request for call back, no response. I had to stop by in person to find the older model wasnt easily found. I up graded to the newer model and was told two day delivery then install. Over a week later once again I had to check in person for response After paying for install I found it was leaking and returned, was again told they would call when they could get me in for a fix it. Another week later I returned in person again. They applied some silicone. Still leaking. Not happy.
