I'm glad I trusted my project to the people here. They really do an amazing job, and the passion and expertise they possess for art and framing is obvious. I brought in two typed letters and a vintage photograph, concerned with their preservation and the team here was able to frame my pieces in Museum glass. The design process was also easy and not overwhelming, their input was meaningful and without them this wouldn't have turned out so beautiful. I'll definitely be back.

Wish I could write a good review. I really do. I think I've written only one other negative review ever. I think Jim and company are nice people. But they seem tremendously overwhelmed. They are not good at calling to update on progress, though they say they will. They put the wrong frame on one piece and we had to do the two hour round trip to rectify. I have been waiting over 3 1/2 months for two other photographs and have been frustrated by the lack of follow-up. The work is significantly overdue. I know part has been the pandemic, but they consistently seem overwhelmed and attempting to discuss things is usually met with exasperation. The work is perpetually half finished so it feels inadvertently held hostage, and the message is always, "We're so busy," or "It's beyond our control". Even if the work is finally delivered ok, which is what I imagine, it will be a disappointing experience.
