        I was selling a house with a co-trustee and neither of us live in Taos. He helped us set a reasonable price for the house after the first person we talked to low-balled it, presumably because they didnt want to help us do the work required to get it ready for market. Ryan was a huge help before we officially listed it, finding people to get all the maintenance done and making sure we got the house on the market as soon as possible. He has a strong network in Taos; wed still be getting the house ready to put on the market if it werent for him. He was also able to find someone to replace the septic system in the middle of January. He communicated well throughout the process. I highly recommend Ryan if you are selling a house in Taos, and I imagine hes strong on the buyers side, too.
