Best experience I've ever had at a Dentist. Hammerman is skilled, has a warm yet interesting and intelligent demeanor; he and his staff makes the entire process comfortable and easy. I was taken care of in every way during a root canal performed in two visits. I highly recommend going to Taos Smiles and I could not speak higher of Dr Hammerman and all of the employees there in the office.

My girlfriend went in here for a cleaning a few weeks ago and scheduled some work on a specific tooth that needed help. When returning a few weeks later, the dentist, Dr Hammerman, was about to work on the wrong tooth and after my girlfriend told him that the tooth in question was on the opposite side of her mouth, he became defensive and argued that my girlfriend was incorrect even though she had had problems with this tooth for years. He did not listen and instead of explaining to her what he thought was going on, he just stormed out of the room and that was that.
So save your time and go to Santa Fe where professionals might actually be professional.
