        I've experienced frustrations in the past with Nusenda, but I was really thrilled by the service I received today, so I wanted to leave an updated review. I called to resolve an issue and Victoria was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining the situation and my options. She went above and beyond to help me resolve this and get my account updated.         Absolutely the worst!! I was a victim of fraud, several charges were made against my account. The money was refunded however, the hoops I’ve had to jump through to get a new card and new pin is ridiculous. Having to drive from taos to Santa Fe to get a new card...unacceptable the fact now that I’ve had to wait for two weeks for a new pin...ridiculous. Worst customer service ever!!
