        Customer service is non existent. When the quote came in, the agent said she would send it by the end if the day, when called the following day to see why it wasn't emailed, the response was, "Well, I didn't send it"... You must ask yourself this question. With a total lack of follow through like that, is that how they will treat you if you have a devastating claim?
