The location is excellent, being a few blocks away from downtown Silver City as well as Boston Hill. If you are looking for a place to stay in Silver City, this is the place!

We have rented from Joe for 3 summers. You will not find a more generous and helpful host. Joe goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and sees that you have everything you need. The house is immaculately clean with top of the line appliances and all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware that you could ever want. The property is within walking distance to the old town and a 10 minute drive to 2 major grocery stores. The deck is huge and is a perfect spot to see the lights of Silver City. There is a gas grill and patio tables and chairs. You feel at home the minute you step inside!

After spending months at several Airbnb locations in Silver City, we were blown away by the difference a host makes. Beginning with the information provided on his site, then meeting Joe for a tour, to his honest and accommodating approach it was such a welcome change! My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at the Cooper Street Retreat. The location is very convenient, quiet and only a short walk to downtown restaurants & attractions or a short walk up Boston Hills to amazing views of Silver City - and were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price. We were warmly greeted by Joe, our incredible host. The location was exactly as the pictures represented, the home was well-equipped and appointed with many convenient features. The King beds were incredibly comfortable and we had everything needed to feel right at home on our first night, including a well-stocked kitchen. Joe took care of our every need and went out of his way on several occasions to ensure our comfort. The large outdoor patio overlooking Silver City was a special bonus to enjoy each morning. We will definitely contact Joe if we return to Silver City. Thank you, Joe, for making our time here so memorable.
