UPS Access Point location

This is NOT a full service UPS site. I went in with an Amazon return. There was not clear location to do this in the store. They called someone from "the back" who didn't have a clue. Mumbled some thing about "no wrapping." A complete waste of time and gas. This site should be taken down by UPS.
Got a reply from the owner 'splainin' that this is not a real UPS store. The difference is not made clear in their online description. I know the difference from long experience. I wanted to ship something last Sunday. All of the real UPS stores were closed. I didn't retry my shipping for a few days. I noted that this non store is open on Sundays and is, in fact, the closet one to me.
The owner did not apologize for the lack of clarity in their online decription. Rather, they lectured me on something I already know about real UPS stores.

Muy buena atencin. Solo que el horario de lunes a viernes como lo indica Maps no es el correcto. Pues no est abierto hasta las 9 pm. Ya que cierran al cliente a las 6 pm. Mientras que los sbados hasta las 5 pm.
