We came in with a painting we needed to get home, and they were absolutely awesome! Wonderful customer service, and our painting arrived in the most well packaged, secure, and thoughtfully packed box we couldve asked for. 10/10 will ship with them again when we buy art from Asante Fe!

I was nervous about sending ($$$) micaceous pottery and even though insured, the sentimental value made the pieces irreplaceable. Walker did an excellent job of safely wrapping, packing and double packing my pieces which were then sent via UPS for delivery from Santa Fe to Florida. He gave me a follow up call to let me know when the pieces had in fact shipped and a tentative delivery date. Everything arrived safely. I love shops like this that offer personalized service and are committed to providing for their customers' needs in a friendly way. As I waited, serval other folks came in needing various things and all commented how much they appreciated that a shop like this still existed. They are very well liked. The actual costs of shipping is outrageous nowadays and is n-o-t in control of Pack Ship & Mail. You can not ding them for that! On a side note, I did explore the possibility of packing everything myself and taking it directly to the shipper. The cost of packing materials alone was 4x what it cost through the shop and simply not worth my time. All in all, my experience was very positive and yes, I recommend their services!
