We strongly recommend working with Liz Sheffield. The realtor you work with to buy or sell a home is critical. You need a realtor who is experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking for you, and a pleasure to work with--all the more so, when you're located out of state. Liz Sheffield was all of this and more. Liz was completely on top of all the key aspects of the search for a home and the details of inspection, negotiations, and purchase. She knows her stuff! She was always available and one step ahead on what needed to be done. She also has an extraordinary network of excellent and reliable people that helped us all aspects of settling in to our new home, from plumbing and electrical work to roofing and pest control. We cannot recommend Liz Sheffield highly enough. We contacted Liz at the last minute, requested an extensive one day tour of Santa Fe homes two days after our first conversation. The day after our tour, we revisited two of the homes, discussed their merits with Liz and then asked her to rush a contract on one of those homes. Liz submitted our contract that same day and called us within hours to let us know it was accepted. Liz worked with the seller and the sellers agent, recommended, scheduled, coordinated and oversaw the work of over ten experts that we requested to inspect various elements of the home, rearranged her calendar to accommodate our needs and offered her invaluable expertise and extensive contact list to prepare us to close on an amazing property. This was accomplished within a 21 day window of time while we were in another state. We never met Liz before we engaged her. Now we feel like Liz is family. Lizs organization, experience in the Santa Fe real estate market, her invaluable network, her negotiating skills and her sense of humor made this the most enjoyable real estate transaction we have ever had. We are deeply grateful to her.

Liz is an absolutely amazing realtor. She exceeded our expectations. She is personal, professional and most importantly she gets you the results you want. We had a limited window to buy a house, in a competitive market while living in Ohio. Not only does she know everyone in this business, but because she is so personable she has good working relationships with them. At the same time, she is also a tough negotiator even in a sellers market. Her whole team is extremely hard working. We came to Santa Fe over the weekend to look at properties with her. None of them were exactly what we needed. When a new listing hit the market after we were back in Ohio, she was there within 5 minutes giving us a video tour. After spending 3 days with her looking at houses we knew we could trust her to help us make a good decision. We bought that house site unseen and were thrilled with the purchase when we finally saw it. We bought a house in Ohio the year prior using a coworkers husband as our realtor and it was an awful experience. Stark contrast from Liz. We will definitely use her again the next time we buy or sell!
