Amazing service! Amazing knowledge! And a very kindhearted, genuine person who will go any distance, to find a prestige Santa Fe housing opportunity for you! she helped us purchase my moms house 10 years ago. And now moms passed and we are re-listing home and Emily is still there by my side when I need it the most!! Very comforting. We bought our house with Emily as our realtor a few years ago. She is an excellent partner in this emotionally fraught enterprise ... kind, calm, and with a very good sense of value and availability in the Santa Fe Market. Since our purchase, she has not stopped serving us. She has given us many references for contractors, workmen, service people in general ... she is truly a wonderful person and a great resource to have on your side.

Emily Garcia of Sotheby's Santa Fe New Mexico (Washington Ave branch) is the WORST realtor I've ever experienced in my entire life - without any exaggeration whatsoever. My experience of her (just a summary): massively incompetent, completely unprofessional, totally scattered, no attention to detail whatsoever, disinterested, and has difficulty with the truth. And these are just some of what comes to mind based on my experience with her. And keep in mind, the property we purchased is well into the very high-dollar realm for Santa Fe, so if you're also in that market, you'd be well served to consider other realtors. We very nearly lost the home we made an offer on thanks to her. Emily proved so horrible, that the owners of the property we purchased told us that they actually banned her from the property before the sale closed. And that was just a small portion of their feedback about her (all massively negative) - but just par for the course with Emily. And there is so much more I could share here, but even thinking about Emily is so toxic and disturbing at this point, I'll leave it here. Emily has this tag line on her emails which in retrospect is humorous: "Excellence, with a touch of grace...". Based on my experience with her, there is no "excellence" involved whatsoever - it should read "Incompetence with a touch of disinterest". If you decide to engage Emily Garcia as your realtor - good luck to you. You're going to need it.
