During R and R from the calf canyon fire, my fire engine needed emergency repairs, TLC provided a top notch service at break neck speed. Employees Sergio and tony are truly one of a kind in their professionalism and skill set. Noticed a leak in the mechanical room on a Wednesday and Greg Ortiz was on it the next morning. He fixed the leak and installed a state of the art tankless system that replaced both the hot water baseboard boiler and the 50 gallon hot water heater. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about his job, but efficient, very timely to respond and super courteous. The service was awesome and I cannot say enough about Gregs professionalism. Ryan Catanach at TLC was so helpful with our Air Conditioner maintenance visit we had recently. He was on time and went above and beyond to help adjust our vent which we were having trouble adjusting. We are grateful to have such professional and responsive customer service. TLC has performed several services for us over a number of years. From maintaining our radiant heating system to replacing our boiler and water heater to maintaining and replacing our evaporative coolers and their work has always been first-rate. They are professional, their estimates are accurate, the work is done correctly, and their prices are fair.
