        I would not recommend. Front staff was helpful and friendly but business as a whole is terrible and shady . Never had more problems with contacts irritating my eyes than the ones I purchased from them . Ive been wearing contact for 20+ years . Also they gave me the way wrong prescription for my glasses and since I didnt order glasses till a year in , just a few days ago ( and the prescription is good for another year) I now have to pay for a whole new exam since I didnt find out it was wrong till now . They told me its cuz our eyes Change , which fair enough , but I still have glasses I use From two years ago and some from a few year before that works just fine. And I cant stress enough when I tell you the prescription they gave was WAY wrong . But they refused to make good on it. Even though I had just spent $400+ on glasses . They did refund the glasses at least . So thats why at least the 1

        I had the most dehumanizing experience here. Staff is unable to provide any type of solution as they have no direct line to the doctor. The staff member helping me with the order was very cold and unhelpful. I left in tears without contacts told it would take weeks for even trial lenses. I understand the concept something fast and affordable but DO NOT come here if you have a higher prescription or astigmatism and wear contacts. Thankfully an actual doctor elsewhere was able to see me the same day to provide care, empathy, and a solution.

        Excellent service! Brayen did a really fantastic job explaining all of the aspects of my prescription and made my first time having to get glasses really comfortable! Thank you so much definitely recommend!
