        This was my first time to go to Diva, and Im very happy I did! Ana did a wonderful job with the coloring of my roots. My hair looks natural and healthy. And Ana is friendly!

        Ana Claudia is extremely rude and disrespectful. My appointment was at 2 I was on time she came in at 2 with her lunch ate lunch in front of me 20 minutes later I asked if she could do what was in the picture I choose. She replied to me if youre insecure you can go somewhere else. I said ok got up and walked out. How does she still have her job? Horrible lady. Very disappointed.

      Kim, we are sorry you felt that way, we did not mean to be rude to you. Please note that Ana Claudia is from Brazil and there was some "lost in translation" there. She did not mean to imply you are insecure, she meant to say: if you are not comfortable with her working on your hair... We understand that people are under a lot of stress these days and the level of intolerance is very high but can assure you that Ana Claudia is not at all a horrible lady and she is very good at what she does, and so, she has been at Diva Salon for many years. You can see many of our customers/reviewers below rave about her!
