Wow. I have attempted over and over to get OSI to address the financial elder exploitation of an vulnerable insured where the insured's entire retirement was wiped out by her Allstate Agent while she was undergoing extended and aggressive cancer treatments rendering her incapable of understanding or participating. The Allstate Agent is also the daughter in law of the insured so they refuse to address the grossly unethical actions of the Allstate Agent. Dismissing the theft of the worst kind. Someone's retirement. OSI has a duty to protect New Mexicans from predators but instead give them power, authority and protection. Vile

Receptionist at building entrance as well as receptionist at OSI floor served us with an effortless warm welcome. My friend got their license issue taken care of in less than 10mins. The Compliance Office from the OSI was brilliant, warm and swift, 2 thumbs up to her. I understand they recently had issues, both with their phone line and everything, but still they got it done. 5 Stars for them.

Obtaining a non-resident license has proved difficult: email follow-up not answered, phone coverage spotty and Sircon renewal ignored going on three weeks.

Filled out all the paperwork on Select Home Warranty that I paid for a whole year of home warranty insurance and never could get them to come out and fix my air conditioner I was supposed to be covered for. SHW kept telling me to get my own technician and they will reimburse me. My air conditioner was going to cost $2500 and they did not want to cover it. They left me without air for over a month and a half and still are not out. They neglected to fix my shower and the water that went down the wall. They charged me for a service call for the shower and did nothing. They lied and said I had a tech out who said my air would cost $360.00 and they would give me $180.00. NO IT WILL BE $2500.00 . The dept just closed the case and did nothing even though I told the dept it would be $2500. I tried calling Eloisa and she has not returned my calls from the Dept of Insurance. THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME. SHW IS PUTTING THE SCREWS TO THE PUBLIC!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. Do not expect the Dept of Insurance in NM to do a thing. They just take the taxpayers money. THANK YOU STATE OF NEW MEXICO FOR HELPING SHW GET AWAY WITH BEING HIWAY ROBBERS. CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!!! I AM A DISABLED SENIOR AND YOU HURT MY POCKETBOOK AND HEALTH!! SHAME ON YOU!!
