Mark was very punctual and communicative in the process of getting my new garage door installed. A minor issue came up a short time after installation that he promptly came and helped remedy - it may have been a minor manufacturing issue, but regardless, it was fixed fairly easily. A breath of fresh air. Honest, responsive and friendly. I had a heavy wooden garage door that needed rehung, had to order a heavy spring that is not typically in stock. They kept at it until they got it in and were very prompt to get everything done once they had that part. The two guys on my job were very fast and again, friendly. $480 for all new parts and labor (I took the door apart, so I know what all that entailed) was a very fair value, which in Santa Fe is not always easy to come by. I had three different garage companies come out, this one made by far the best impression, did not try and sell me a new door, and the only one of the three who really knew why it failed.

They were on time, fair price, efficient, and professional when they did my garage door spring repair. Then I had a question on my daughters garage door in another city. They were so kind to give me a good answer to my question. Above and beyond. Ill use them again if I need something!
