A great big thanks to Edwin the service advisor who helped me. We have been trying to get the cameras replaced (warranty/safety recall) and it was difficult to get the parts. He would not give up and kept me informed - and worked with the parts department over several weeks to get the parts in. He was proactive and kept me informed...

At 70 years old, my past experiences have led me to despise the car buying experience. Until now. My Salesman, Greg Trujillo, was amazing. His level of communication was right on target- responsive to my questions but not overbearing. He was professional and polite in our face to face dealings and was very knowledgeable about the Ford products. Thanks to Capitol Ford for having this fine young man as a part of its Sales Team.

Excellent work, as always. Bart & his team kept me posted throughout a major overhaul. Have had the same SUV I purchased from them, 18 years ago! Still runs well.
