From start to finish the staff were truly phenomenal. I can't remember who I spoke to but I told her what the flowers were for and she walked to me to exactly what I needed. They were delivered on time and the flowers were perfect! Thank you so much!!!

Id give more 3.5 but rounded up. This Valentines Day deluxe arrangement cost $150. $185 with delivery when all is said and done. The delivery was on time but I just dont feel like the value is there. I dont think I would buy again.

Fumbled a request for early delivery, no notice the order would be delayed, for price, i'd look elsewhere.

Avoid. A relative ordered a pricey arrangement w specifics for delivery. What we got was a "Christmas basket". No lotus seed pods. No fancy flowers. A few roses, carnations, baby's breath ... you get the picture. Pretty, but NOT what was agreed to or paid for. A 'nice' Albertsons arrangement. When I called and asked them to explain, they said they were "very busy, the manager couldn't speak w me (and never called back)", and they were "only doing Christmas baskets". Clearly they cater to business. My relative was so disappointed when she saw the pics and could only say that "she tried".
